    -We were also told the property backs onto Nat. Park, it's actually a mine.

    -Upon arrival, I saw termites on the wooden fence post (which is fine to deal with), but was told multiple times "there's no white ants here/there's no termites".

    We bought our property through Aussie Choice. She did a great job assessing what kind of property would suit us well. We fell in love with the land the minute we walked on it. But, ALMOST everything on the ad was incorrect & information given to us via the agent was also incorrect.

    -Bit frustrating when the "fenced" property isn't actually fully fenced and surveyors (Est~$3k) are required for us to finish fencing the property. -And the "spring fed dam" that never runs dry, is currently running as dry as the 'spring'. Good thing I didn't let my horses out on it!
