    you forgot to put oil in last time you serviced my vehicle.

    Organized to meet him to drop off my car, however had to wait over an hour for him to come and greet me, and then he immediately left the shop again and told me to wait longer. Does not know how to manage his time well.

    Very poor service. Failed to quote, failed to report on progress, had to be chased all the time. The car was returned with the same problem it was presented with and all of this took 9 weeks. To ad salt to our wounds we were charged hundreds of dollars for nothing gained.
