    Ordered sausage roll and coffee. Was told that it’l take at least 15mims for the Toaster to warm up so we had to cancel the sausage. Website says closes at 6:30pm we went down around 6pm and they dint want to serve us that and closed the cafe already. And their customer service was bad really bad. Rude staff. If u don’t like this job then find something else and not spoil Customers’s day. Never going back there again.

    Best Gloria Jeans I have every been to. All the girls know my order before I even get to the counter. Always smiling and make the best coffee.

    Toasted sandwich was only half toasted and was not fresh, tasted like chemical. Hot chocolate was delicious. Service was excellent

    Awful service. Stood waiting ro order at the counter while the female staff member was texting on the phone. I kid you not. Must have waited 2-3 minutes. Then her greeting was 'are you right?'.
