  Iris has been attending to my needs for the past 17yrs. As a shift worker who finds it hard to make commitments in advance. She has always fit me in somehow. Never once have I left unsatisfied. She has always been honest and very informative to what my skin needs and spot on. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

  Unsure what the issues are with some other customers as her behaviour is to me beyond reproach. I’d would and do recommend this salon to anyone for not only quality service and value but someone who will care for you.

  With that confidence I discussed excessive hair removal from my face with electrolysis and with her encouragement to continue now have no return of this problem. It’s partly because Iris knows how to get those hairs and the right voltage required for you personally. It has been fabulous.

  I have been coming to Lillian's for over a year. She is highly meticulous in the service provides and goes to great lengths to provide you with what you want. When I first came to her she fixed my botched eyebrows that had been done by another technician elsewhere and showed great care in fixing them. Highly recommend this place. 5 stars!!

  I came online to write a quick review of thanks and came across a mixed bag with some very negative comments. So here’s my two cents worth. I initially came to Iris on a recommendation of someone local. At that point I lived Inner West and it was as a major investment in time and frankly trust given that the treatment was a Brazilian. Previously I’ve had bruising and a lot of pain however, Iris taught me how to position my body to reduce this, plus provided advice with skin care and grooming so I didn’t have infection or ingrown hair. I’ve been having this treatment for a number of years successfully and couldn’t see myself going elsewhere. She’s professional and extremely good at her work.
